What do I have to consider in legal terms?” In the course of my now almost three years of work in a renowned law firm, I have often experienced people who feel inhibited by the many laws and other regulations because they simply cannot find their way through the “jungle of regulations”. My aim is to help people overcome their fear of legal hurdles, to explain legal problems in layman’s terms and to solve them efficiently.

As a representative of the younger generation at necstwerk, I am passionate about the new work paradigms that will significantly shape and change the working world of the future. With my background in business psychology, I bring scientifically sound expertise in work and organisational design as well as human resource development. I meet other people with interest, compassion, appreciation and at eye level. I believe that every person and every organisation must first be understood before change can be started.

Through my years of meditation and mindfulness practice, I have discovered for myself the golden mean. Thus, in the work context, I combine structure and planning with flexibility and spontaneity, professionalism and seriousness with humour and fun.
