I bring experience from 16 professional years, both as a manager and as a consultant. As a business consultant, I accompany organizations in their structural and cultural development, conduct team development processes, and support budding self-employed people in building their businesses. I do this very successfully for international and national companies in a wide range of industries, for state and federal government agencies, for start-ups as well as for high-performance athletes in now 19 countries. All with the goal of empowering clients to continue the journey on their own.
In 2020, I published my book on how to start and grow your own business, which hit #1 on Amazon’s bestseller list in the “Startup and Self-Employment” category.
In everything I do, I bring structure and playful ease together. My approach: learning and development can be fun. Customers and colleagues appreciate my open and positive attitude.

Although I only participated in a long-distance triathlon for fun at the age of 25, I became a professional triathlete five years later and finished second for the first time in the middle distance behind the double world champion.
In the meantime I have coached and accompanied hundreds of people in triathlon worldwide with my coaching company trivolution-training. I have advised and coached in over 40 countries, stood on stage as a speaker or competed there myself. In 2017, I became German champion as a coach on the triathlon long distance. Since 2015, I have been advising and accompanying national and international organizations in change processes as well as in leadership development. In addition, together with my wife Susanne, I am the author of the orderer “Boost your Business”.
